The St. Stephen's Millennium Green Trust has a large garden (0.16 acre) with a cultivated area to let. The
garden lies between Lansdown Road and the Upper Lansdown Mews.
The garden was left to the St. Stephen's Millennium Green Trust to safeguard the land from development
and to provide an income for the Trust to assist with the upkeep of the Millennium Green.
The garden is available to rent from September 3rd 2022.Informal expressions of interest are invited at an annual rent of £3500. The garden will be open to
view during the Lansdown Open Gardens to be held on June 19th 2022 from 2pm - 5:30pm. If this time is
not convenient special arrangements to view the garden can be made.
